Jose Cuartas (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a licensed real estate salesperson with Corcoran Centric Realty, operates jose-curtas.com. This policy describes the information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have, including how text-message (SMS) consent works.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form or email us, we may receive your name, email address, mobile phone number, property address or location, and the contents of any message or notes you choose to send. We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited through standard site operations or analytics.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss buying or selling real estate in Greenwich and the surrounding area, share listing or market information you request, schedule showings or consultations, maintain business records, comply with law, and improve our website and services.
How we contact you
When you provide contact information and ask us to respond, we may contact you using the methods you select or that you reasonably use to reach us. You may ask us to stop non-transactional communications at any time. Consent to receive marketing communications is never a condition of working with us or receiving real estate services.
Text messaging (SMS)
Our contact form may present optional consent checkboxes: one for transactional and informational text messages such as appointment confirmations, listing updates, and customer care, and one for promotional or marketing text messages. Checking a box constitutes your express written consent for Jose Cuartas to send you the corresponding category of recurring text messages at the mobile number you provide. We send text messages only to the extent you opt in, and we use your name and mobile phone number to do so. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
Those checkboxes are optional and separate from the rest of the form. You can submit the form without checking either one, and consent is not a condition of service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and messaging consent are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, and those providers may not use that information for any other purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
When information may be shared
We may share information with vendors that host our forms, website, and communications; with Corcoran Centric Realty and its affiliated systems as needed to provide brokerage services; with professionals involved in a potential transaction such as closing attorneys, title companies, lenders, and inspectors; and with parties when required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing purposes.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to an inquiry, provide real estate services, and satisfy legal or recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing Jose@CorcoranCentric.com, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may ask us to stop other non-transactional communications.
Children's privacy
This website and our services are directed to adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
